How early you can in your pregnancy. Usually during the pregnancy, we schedule the due date. After the birth, 1-2 days later we make an exact scheduling, date and time. The ideal time slot is in the first days of life 6-12 days. This is because at 12-14 days old, the probability increases for the baby to have the gripes and at 18-21 days old the babies have growth spurts. These factors make the photo session more difficult and some positions more difficult to achieve. My limit is 6 weeks, I consider that at more than that is just better to do the session after 3 months old, however the results of these sessions may not be as satisfactory because after 18-20 days the babies are less flexible, they sleep less and they are more sensitive to external stimulations: sound, touch and light. While I do believe babies sleep better in the morning I was pleasantly surprised to have beautiful newborn sessions in the evening as well.

The best time to photograph newborns is between 7 and 21 days. Please book your session in advance. We will make a provisional booking for 10-21 days after your due date and we can amend it if your baby is early or late.

In general, newborn shoots take place in my studio, in Stockholm. My studio is equipped with everything you need: changing table, wet tissues and hand sanitizer. The studio has also a few backup pampers and sterilized pacifiers in case you are running out.

The number of photos depends on the package that you wish to acquire. If you are interested in acquiring more photos, you may purchase additional photos.

There is no need, I provide all the props need it, unless you wish that a special item is included in the photos.

Of course, a new addition to the family is an exciting time for all the members. For extended family members please bear in mind that our studio is nice and cozy and we limit our sessions to 6.

The best time to photograph your bump is when you are ready, but I recommend to have the session between 28-32 weeks. At this stage of your pregnancy you have a nice round bump but it is not yet too uncomfortable to get in some of the poses.
